Situated in the heart of Birmingham’s St Paul’s Square, Grosvenor House is a classically Georgian building renovated and reopened as a business services provider, offering virtual office solutions, ample co-working space and first-class meeting room facilities.
Having seen several transformations over the course of the last two centuries, Grosvenor House has been home to a range of booming businesses and was more recently occupied by an estate agents. Part of it’s 18th century basement, formerly known as The Bucklemaster Cellars, is still owned by a Michelin starred restaurant.
Following a takeover and complete renovation by Grosvenor St Pauls Ltd in 2015, Grosvenor House officially re-opened its doors in July 2016 as a business services provider, offering virtual office solutions, ample co-working space and first-class meeting room facilities. Although the building has retained its Georgian features, the interior has benefited from a major overhaul and now boasts superbly modern decor, including its very own bar area!
With a selection of taster days and networking events taking place throughout the course of the year, why not pop in and take a peek? Whilst it may now exude many contemporary twists, you will see why Grosvenor House continues to be one of the many historic gems of St Paul’s Square.
