04 Sep 4 Benefits of Having a Registered Office
Here at Grosvenor House, we offer bespoke tailor-made virtual office solutions.
Perfect for businesses who want a larger, more professional image, our packages vary price-wise from as little as £25 a month to £99 a month. The basic package is the Registered Office package. For as little as £25 a month, you can register your company at our prestigious business address. You will be assigned a secure pigeon hole for all your post and you will have full access to our professional photos of the building for use on your website.
Here are just a few of the benefits you can get from registering your business here at Grosvenor House.
If someone was to type in your company name on Google, the first thing they’re going to see is a picture of your front door and they will have full access to your home address at the click of a button. Clients showing up at your front door on a Saturday morning is probably the last thing you want.
Give Your Business a Better Image
A great thing about having a virtual office is that you have the freedom to choose anywhere in the world to have a registered office. By registering your business at a prestigious office location such as Grosvenor House in the heart of Birmingham, your company is portrayed as being more professional and successful. It’s a fact that having a good corporate image leads to a boost in business sales.
You Need to Have One
It is a legal requirement in the UK that you must have a registered office address. This address is where organisations such as Companies House, HMRC and UK tax authorities will contact your company with important reminders and legal notices. Your company address will be displayed on Companies House and the public will have access to view it.
All the Post
The address your company is registered at is the address all your business post is going to be sent to. Don’t let the postman spam you with work mail at home! Here at Grosvenor House, any post that we do receive for your business will be sorted into a secure pigeon hole for your company. We update you regularly, letting you know if you have any post and it’s up to you to collect any post as often or as little as you like.
If you don’t think you’ll be in Birmingham often enough to collect your post, you can upgrade your package to the mail forwarding service. You then provide us with an address where you would like all your post sent to, then we would forward the post every Tuesday and Thursday.
Alternatively, we also offer the open/scan service where we open and scan your letters to a provided email address every time we receive post for yourself, and this service is 100% confidential. After the post has been scanned, we will then put the letter back in your designated pigeonhole.
Our services are perfectly tailor-made to suit your business requirements so if there is anything we haven’t mentioned in this article or you have a question about our service, we’d love to hear from you! You can contact us by either calling us on 0121 272 3643 or send us over an email at email@example.com.
