Can I book a coworking space with Grosvenor House for one day?

Yes, you can use our coworking and hotdesking facilities for £30 a day (+VAT). However, for just £175 per month (+VAT), you can gain unlimited access for the entire month! If you are interested in booking our coworking space, please contact a member of Grosvenor House. Our front-of-house team will welcome you on the day and ensure you have everything you need so you’re as comfortable as possible.

Is there a minimum rental term?

At Grosvenor House, you can rent our coworking spaces for as little as a day, so there is no need to make a long-term rental commitment! We pride ourselves on our flexibility and aim to accommodate all our client’s needs – no matter how long they are with us.

Can I arrange a viewing?

Yes, you can contact a member of our team at info@grosvenorstpauls.com to either visit us on the day or book a tour. However, don’t worry if you’re not available to drop by – one of our front-of-house team will gladly offer you a virtual tour.
