What amenities are included in the rental price?

In addition to printing access and unlimited refreshments, each conference room comes with a range of facilities:

 

  • Bar 11 – Private space, kitchenette, 65-inch TV, seating space, fully stocked fridges and bar. We also provide extra refreshments and catering packages at your request.
  • Executive Boardroom – 65-inch TV, air conditioning, superfast broadband, unlimited refreshments, board-style/theatre-style setup, call forwarding and handling.
  • Standard Conference Rooms – 45-inch TV, Air conditioning, superfast broadband, USB & power point ports, refreshments, printer, scanner and photocopier.

Can I claim back the VAT on conference room hire?

Yes, all conference room hire bookings are subject to a 20% VAT rate which you can claim back.

Are there any parking restrictions?

Grosvenor House does not have its own parking lot, but several parking options are located nearby. You can park directly outside the facility through the ring go app. We can also help you find parking on a road or in the NCP carpark, starting at £1.50 per hour.

Can I book a conference room on short notice?

What is the layout of a conference room?

  • Executive Boardroom – The space can either be arranged in a board style for 14 attendants, or theatre style for 22 attendants – ideal for presentations and collaborative projects.
  • Bar 11 – With a bar and modern seating options, the lounge style layout is perfect for private launches and networking events.
  • Standard Conference Rooms – The simple tabletop layout provides an environment for smaller conferences and an opportunity to work on documents and projects.
