Our conference rooms in Birmingham can hold anything from 6 to 25 delegates, providing a boutique environment with high-end furnishings and all the tools you need for a successful meeting. From board-style conferences, right through to social events, hire conference rooms with Grosvenor House from just £25 per hour.

 

Our conference suites can be hired on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis and include:

 

St Paul’s Suiteseats 6 delegates

Mary Ann Suite – seats 6 delegates

Executive Boardroom – seats 14 delegates board style/22 delegates theatre-style

Bar 11 – holds up to 25 delegates

Conference room packages

 

Here at Grosvenor House, we offer three types of conference room packages:

 

  • £25 per hour
  • 10 hours for £150
  • 20 hours for £250

 

By choosing these packages, you will be able to reap the benefits of our conference rooms and, if you have run down your meeting time to 2 hours, we will ask you if you want a top up.

 

As well as being the perfect conference room for corporate events and meetings, it’s also a hub which can hold conference calls and Zoom meetings, with all necessary video call equipment included.
