With Birmingham meeting rooms and conference suites that can hold 8-25 delegates, we provide a boutique environment with high-end furnishings and all the tools you need for a successful meeting – from board-style conferences, right through to social events.

We’re conveniently situated nearby to all three of Birmingham’s train stations. If you’re walking, we’re just 9 minutes away from Snow Hill Station, 13 minutes away from Grand Central Station and 17 minutes away from Snow Hill Station.

 

Additional to this, there is plenty of affordable on-road parking from as little as £1.50 an hour, as well as an NCP Car Park situated on Birmingham Newhall Street – just a couple of minutes’ walk away from our location.

At Grosvenor House, we offer a wide range of meeting rooms with different capacities and facilities to ensure you have everything required for a successful meeting.

  • Executive Boardroom – spacious and stylish spaces for professional meetings with seats for 14 delegates board-style or 22 delegates theatre-style
  • Standard Meeting Rooms – a selection of our modern, boutique suites, accommodating 8 delegates
  • Conference Rooms – an ideal and tailored setting for corporate events or conference calls and Zoom meetings, providing seats for up to 25 delegates

How much do meeting rooms cost by the hour?

You can hire any of our meeting rooms with no long-term contracts from just as little as £25 per + VAT per hour.

What is the VAT on meeting room hire? Can I claim the VAT back?

The VAT rate is 20% across all conference bookings and virtual office packages, which you can later claim back.

What is included in the price of a meeting room?

On top of the access to modern décor and printing facilities, each meeting room provides a wide assortment of features:

 

  • Bar 11– Capacity of up to 25. Facilities include a private space, kitchenette, 49-Inch TV, seating space, fully stocked fridges and bar and extra refreshments available along with catering and bar packages available upon request
  • Executive Boardroom – Capacity of up to 22. 49-inch TV, air conditioning, superfast broadband, unlimited refreshments, board-style/theatre-style setup, call forwarding and handling
  • Standard Meeting Rooms – Capacity of up to 8. Air conditioning, Superfast broadband,, USB & power point ports, Unlimited refreshments, Use of the printer, scanner and photocopier

Can the space accommodate any large equipment or special room setups that may be required?

We’re always happy to cater to your tailored meeting experience where possible, this includes different room set ups such as board and theatre-style setup. Get in touch to enquire about any bespoke arrangements or equipment.

Do I need to book a meeting room in Birmingham in advance?

Your attendees will be welcomed and guided by our personable Front of House team, who pride themselves on high-class customer service. The cosy interior also allows your guests to comfortably wait for their meetings while having self-serve refreshments.

Will I get free tea, coffee and water when required?

Each of our meeting rooms now includes a self-serve tea and coffee station. Catering & Bar Packages are further available upon request for our Bar 11.

Is there a difference between a meeting room and a conference room?

The difference ultimately comes down to the size of the event. A meeting room is typically designed for smaller arrangements, whereas a conference room has the capacity to hold larger or more formal meetings.
