If you don’t think you’ll be in Birmingham often enough to collect your post, you can upgrade your package to the mail forwarding service. You then provide us with an address where you would like all your post sent to, then we would forward the post every Tuesday and Thursday.

Alternatively, we also offer the open/scan service where we open and scan your letters to a provided email address every time we receive post for yourself, and this service is 100% confidential. After the post has been scanned, we will then put the letter back in your designated pigeonhole.
