The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA) changed the rules for registered office addresses. Since 4 March 2024, every UK company must have an "appropriate address" as its registered office. Our Grosvenor House address meets every requirement.

There are a variety of people from various business backgrounds so there are great insights and conversations.  I like the way that the hosts have organised the events with a presentation and guest speaker in one room and also some light entertainment.
