Thursday, March 19th, 2026, saw Grosvenor House absolutely buzzing with ambition and energy for our first Grosvenor Business Club gathering of the year.
It was brilliant to welcome such a diverse and engaged group of local entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals back into our space. It was delightful to see so many returning faces after the New Year, alongside a whole host of new ones mingling together. The atmosphere was electric, proving once again that there is no substitute for the magic that happens when our local business community comes together under one roof!
The heart of these events is to bring people together to learn, connect, and grow – and last night certainly delivered. The highlight was our live panel discussion featuring the powerhouse team from OWB, who joined us to share their unfiltered perspectives on a topic every leader is focused on: The Best Way to Build & Grow Your Business.
A Masterclass in Growth: The OWB Panel
We were absolutely delighted to host three industry leaders from OWB. Rather than a standard presentation, we enjoyed a high-impact live panel discussion that dove deep into the realities of scaling a brand in today’s landscape.
Our panel featured:
- Sara Lyddy (Managing Director): With over 20 years of experience, Sara brought invaluable strategic insight into how to grow both brands and the teams that support them.
- Rachel Darby (Head of Studio): Rachel shared her expertise on the creative side, discussing how bold thinking and audience connection are the secret ingredients to sustainable growth.
- Claire Hartman (Head of Account Management): Claire provided a deep dive into the importance of client relationships and delivering campaigns that drive lasting, measurable results.
The session moved away from generic “business speak” to offer real-world, actionable advice. From navigating creative hurdles to the logistics of managing a growing client base, the OWB team demystified what it actually takes to build a business that lasts. It truly got us all thinking about how to refine our own strategies for the year ahead.

The positive feedback throughout the evening highlighted just how valuable everyone found the panel’s candid insights. It’s always rewarding to see our guests gaining practical frameworks while enjoying the magnificent surroundings of Bar 11.
Of course, no Grosvenor Business Club event is complete without a bit of indulgence! Our guests were treated to a huge buffet spread, featuring a delicious selection of food that kept the energy high well into the evening.
