Located in the basement of Grosvenor House, our spacious and stylish Executive Boardroom boasts contemporary décor, air conditioning, superfast broadband, unlimited refreshments, and a wall-mounted 49-inch television with USB port. With tasteful art, comfortable chairs and a supremely accessible location, the Executive Boardroom is the perfect place to host your next conference of professional gathering. 

The boardroom is capable of accommodating up to 14 delegates board-style or 22 delegates theatre-style. Our executive boardroom can be hired on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis and is tailored to your business needs.

Featuring a kitchenette, wall-mounted 49-inch flat screen television, ample seating space, fully stocked fridges & bar, and refreshment packages including wine, beer & soft drinks, Bar 11 is the perfect venue for networking, group activities and private events.

Situated in the basement of Grosvenor House, Bar 11 is your very own private, exclusive recreational haven and is large enough to accommodate up to 25 delegates. This is a truly one-of-a-kind event space for those looking to impress.

You can hire any of our meeting rooms with no long-term contracts from just as little as £35 per + VAT per hour.
3What Is The VAT On Meeting Room Hire? Can I Claim The VAT Back?
The VAT rate is 20% across all conference bookings and virtual office packages, which you can later claim back.
4What Is Included In The Price Of A Meeting Room?
On top of the access to modern décor and printing facilities, each meeting room provides a wide assortment of features:

Bar 11 – Capacity of up to 25. Facilities include a private space, kitchenette, 49-Inch TV, seating space, fully stocked fridges and bar and extra refreshments available along with catering and bar packages available upon request
