Our St Paul’s Square space, in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, gives you an ongoing professional base with superfast broadband, meeting rooms, and a front-of-house team on hand throughout.

Choose a monthly subscription you can cancel any time, or commit annually and save a further 10% – either way, you get the lowest day rate of any of our coworking options.

Who is this subscription for?

Built for businesses and sole traders who want a genuinely long-term Birmingham base – just minutes from Snow Hill Train Station, 10 minutes from Colmore Row, and less than a mile from Birmingham New Street and Brindley Place. If you’re not yet sure how often you’ll need the space, start with our Day/Month package and step up to a subscription once your usage settles into a pattern.

What you’ll pay today:

Our subscription packages are simple – pay in advance for the month or annually to save 10%. Monthly is £150, taken each month automatically; cancel any time – just £7.50 a day. Annual is £1,620, taken once a year – just £6.50+VAT a day, our best available rate.
