Pay upfront for a single day or a full month, with no fixed contract tying you in beyond it – a flexible middle ground between booking a hot desk every time and committing to a subscription.

Who is this package for?

Ideal for small businesses, sole traders, and teams who use Birmingham City Centre workspace regularly but irregularly – a few days one week, ten the next – just minutes from Snow Hill Train Station, 10 minutes from Colmore Row, and less than a mile from Birmingham New Street and Brindley Place. If your usage is genuinely occasional, our 12-day bundle may work out better value; if you’re here full-time, our subscription saves further.

What you’ll pay today:

Our packages are simple – pay for the day or month in advance, and we’ll do the rest. A day is just £30+VAT with no fixed contract. A month is £150+VAT, working out at just £7.50 per day.
